Welcome to the Alcoholics Anonymous community. Let me say thank you for coming and learning more about our program. We are very happy to see everyone who is looking for support and understanding in recovery from alcohol addiction.
Here you will find a group of people who, like you, have faced the problem of alcoholism - either personally or through their loved ones. It is important to remember: you are not alone, and we all share the desire to live sober and better understand ourselves.
We maintain the principle of anonymity, so here you can feel safe and openly share your thoughts and experiences without fear of being judged or misunderstood. Each of us has been in your place at some point, and we know how difficult it can be.
If you have questions or just want to listen, that's okay, there's no pressure here.
Remember, the first meeting is just the beginning of the journey to a new life. We hope that you will feel warmth and support here, which will help you move forward.
If you want, just introduce yourself with your name or choose any other name you like. And, of course, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask them - we are always ready to help.
We are glad to welcome you to our community!
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share
with each other with their experience, strength and hope,
to solve their common problem and
help others to recover from alcoholism.
