Schools today are becoming more inclusive yet for some reason, according to many reports, our special needs students are still failing behind. Why is this? One major reason is that our in-school support systems are still not strong enough to help these students succeed. We need to invest more into these systems starting with our Educational Assistants who are the most important supporters of our students with special needs.

EA Assist is a mobile based app that is filled with e-learning content based on the latest Microlearning trend. The app provides EAs with an easy way to access important training information in the form of short learning sessions to help them learn on the go. All the content is centered on what EAs should know in order to become successful in their careers. EA Assist has collaborated with some of the top leading experts in the field of child development including EAs.

Educational Assistants are tasked with working with the most challenging students in our schools yet they are usually the ones who have the least amount of education and training. EAs are busy. Assisting students is hard. Let’s help assist our EAs so that they have the best up-to-date skills and confidence to assist our special needs students today and into the future. We are EA Assist. Assistance on the Go.
