Privacy Policy — A350 LM

A350 LM is a training and reference application developed by Aero Utility Studio.

Information we collect
A350 LM does not require a user account and does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer.

Custom faults, reset procedures, notes, bookmarks, and similar user-created information are stored locally on the user’s device. If the user chooses to create or restore a backup, the backup is saved to or selected from a location chosen by the user.

A350 LM does not include advertising or advertising tracking.

How information is used
Locally stored information is used only to provide app functionality, such as custom entries, saved information, and backup/restore features.

Data sharing
The developer does not sell or share users’ personal information with advertisers or other third parties.

Data retention and deletion
User-created information remains on the device until the user edits or deletes it, clears the application’s storage, or uninstalls the application. Backup files remain wherever the user chose to save them until the user deletes them.

Security
A350 LM stores user-created information locally and does not operate a developer-controlled cloud account system for this information. Users are responsible for protecting any backup files they create.

Training and reference use
A350 LM is for training and reference only. It is not approved maintenance data and is not a substitute for current approved operator/OEM documentation or company procedures.

Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated if the app’s features or data-handling practices change.
