Numova ("the app") is published by A2Z Studios. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what your choices are.
Numova is a puzzle game. You never create an account and never sign in with one. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The app collects anonymous usage statistics, and it shows ads that use an advertising identifier.
If — and only if — you switch on the optional leaderboard, the app also uploads your best scores under a nickname it picks for you. That is off unless you turn it on, and you can remove it at any time.
What is collected
Advertising identifier and related device information. The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's advertising ID and technical information about your device to select and measure ads. This information is processed by Google as an independent third party.
Anonymous usage statistics. The app uses Firebase Analytics to record how the game is used — for example that a round started or ended, which mode and board size were chosen, the score reached, and which settings were changed. These records are not linked to your identity.
Diagnostics. Aggregated crash and performance data, used to find and fix bugs.
The optional leaderboard
The leaderboard is off by default. With it off, nothing about your play leaves your device.
If you switch it on, in Settings → Leaderboard:
• The app signs in anonymously. This creates a random identifier for your installation. It is not linked to a Google account, an email address or you personally, and we never receive
one.
• Your best score for each game mode is uploaded, together with the board size and the time it was set.
• A nickname chosen by the app is uploaded with it — something like "Jolly Ge a name, and we never ask for your real one. You can pick a different nicknameat any time with "Get a new name".
• Scores and nicknames on the leaderboard are visible to other players. Nothi
Removing it. "Remove my scores" in Settings → Leaderboard deletes your entriend clears the nickname on your device. Turning posting off stops any furtheruploads.
What is not collected
No name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, calendar, photos, files, microphone or camera input, precise or approximate location, health data, financial data, or
browsing history.
Stored on your device only
Your scores, statistics, daily streaks and settings are saved locally on yourthe app removes them. They are not uploaded anywhere — the single exception isthe optional leaderboard described above, which uploads a best score and a generated nickname only while you have it switched on.
Advertising and your choices
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google's handling of advertising data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it prevents apps from using it for personalised advertising.
• Where required by law, the app asks for your consent before showing personaUser Messaging Platform. You can change that choice from within the app.
Children
Numova is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at atozstuduios@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
Leaderboard entries stay until you remove them. Use "Remove my scores" in Settings → Leaderboard, which deletes them from every leaderboard.
Usage statistics are retained by Google Analytics for Firebase according to the retention period configured for the project, after which they are deleted automatically. Because these records are anonymous and not linked to you, we cannot identify and remove onest. To stop all further collection, uninstall the app.
Security
Data sent by the app travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
