• It revealed how tumor metabolic reprogramming suppresses immune response, influencing therapy outcomes and resistance mechanisms.

• This work enables next-generation precision oncology via multimodal patient stratification, response prediction, and informed therapy design beyond single biomarkers.

Trustworthy and Generalizable AI for Real-World Deployment

• Developed confidence-aware and uncertainty-driven AI frameworks that improve reliability and interpretability of deep models.
