“I design the strategy, systems, and structure
that make PDX Radio sustainable and scalable.”
Alyssa McPherson
(A100Reallionaire)
Business Director & Strategic Architect — Pretty Dope Xperience / PDX Radio™
Alyssa McPherson, professionally known as A100Reallionaire, is a multifaceted creative force and the strategic engine behind Pretty Dope Xperience – PDX Radio™,
a Portland-based independent Hip-Hop and R&B platform built to elevate, protect, and amplify emerging artists.
With a rare blend of design instinct, cultural fluency, business acumen, and activist vision, Alyssa has helped carve out a space where independent creators are treated as owners—not content. Her work centers on building sustainable pathways for artists to control their careers, protect their IP, and connect directly with their audiences.
Born into a household powered by music, Alyssa’s first classroom was the recording studio. Her father, an independent bass musician, spent decades creating and performing without industry backing—giving her a front-row seat to the real grind of independent artistry.
"My first 100 studio sessions I was in diapers."
That upbringing hard-wired a lifelong respect for the hustle, sacrifice, and resilience required to survive without a corporate machine—along with a permanent soft spot for creators building something from nothing.
The soundtrack of her childhood was the blues: B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan—music rooted in truth, struggle, and soul. From piano and ensemble in elementary school to clarinet and choir in middle school, Alyssa learned early that music isn’t just entertainment—it’s language, legacy, and liberation.
By her teens, she was absorbing the golden era of ’90s and early-2000s Hip-Hop and R&B, learning to sing studying artists like Aaliyah, Mariah Carey, SWV, and TLC—developing an ear for the melody, emotion, and delivery required to make those classic hit records that last far beyond their time.
In 2010, Alyssa met her now husband Rappy—an independent Hip-Hop artist and producer from Northern California whose journey mirrored her father’s. What started as a mission to support one artist quickly became a blueprint for supporting thousands in the coming years.
By 2015, as Rappy graduated college, Alyssa went all-in on mastering the business of music.
By 2023, she earned certifications in web design, branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and business law, determined to build real infrastructure—not just hype—for independent artists.
That mission became Pretty Dope Xperience / PDX Radio™:
launching the podcast station into a full blown platform, recording studio, discovery engine, and now a growing creator-to-fan ecosystem designed to move money, power, and ownership back to the people who actually create the culture.
Alyssa doesn’t just promote music — she builds systems that let artists win long-term.
Where the industry extracts, she reverse engineers.
Where all other platforms gatekeep, she opens all doors.
Where artists get exploited everywhere else, she creates ownership paths.
In a world with a music industry built to farm creators for content,
A100Reallionaire builds spaces where creators keep ownership and thrive wild.
As co-founder of Pretty Dope Xperience – PDX Radio™,
Alyssa (A100Reallionaire) directs one of the Pacific Northwest’s most influential independent-music platforms.
Her work spans artist discovery, brand architecture, media strategy, and ecosystem design—
anchored by one unwavering objective: independent creators winning on their own terms.

(Featured Artists & Musicians), the PDX Radio Charts, the nationally recognized 50 States of Dope discovery series, and the author of the “Work Smarter, Not Harder” creator playbook—each built to give artists visibility, structure, and leverage.
The industry rarely offers any one of those pillars, let alone all of them.
Rooted in Portland yet nationally focused, Alyssa has watched her hometown’s Hip-Hop scene rise up from overlooked to overflowing with world-class talent. Her mission now is to position Portland as the epicenter of the next major shift in independent music—a future where creators define ownership, innovation, and cultural leadership, powered by collaboration, transparency, and direct fan engagement.
Alyssa brings a rare combination of heart, hustle, and operational fluency.
From building websites( getpdxradio.com ), designing merchandise, programming radio, securing artist interviews, producing visual branding, and building acoustic studio environments, she operates across both the creative and commercial layers of the music business. Her work consistently bridges art and infrastructure, guided by the belief that authentic music moves people—and when empowered, people move culture forward.
As the business director of PDX Radio™, she led the platform through a pivotal reinvention in 2023, transforming it from a passion project into a fully realized digital media and artist-development hub.
Alongside handling day-to-day operations, Alyssa is a certified graphic designer, digital marketer, and business strategist, with formal training in web design, business law, and digital marketing. She specializes in discovering emerging talent, building brand ecosystems, and creating digital pathways that allow independent artists to grow without surrendering control.
Her story is one of vision, resilience, and innovation.
She utilizes business as a bridge between creativity and community.
She isn’t just building a platform.
She’s building an ecosystem.
