I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Aarhus University, Denmark. I hold a PhD in Strategic Management from IESE Business School.
My research focuses on innovation strategy, particularly technological competition, R&D human capital, and artificial intelligence.
To study these topics, I apply causal inference methods as well as advanced computational approaches, including cloud computing, machine learning, and generative AI.
My research is published in leading management journals such as Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal. It has received notable honors, including being a finalist for the Strategic Management Society (SMS) Annual Conference Best Paper Prize and a winner of multiple SMS Annual Conference Best PhD Paper Awards, among others.
