This User Agreement governs the access, browsing and use by you of the [A Smart Cleaner for Android](“App” or “Service”), which is operated by [Logicom Technologies](“we”, “us”, or “our”). Accessing and using the App implies that you have read and accept to be bound by this Agreement without exception. In case you do not accept the Agreement or have any objection to any part of the present provisions, you must not use the App.
Changes
We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Please check them periodically to inform yourself of any changes.

Your Liability
Subject to the fulfillment of this Agreement, we authorize you in a non-transferable, revocable, limited, non-exclusive manner and on a worldwide basis for the duration of the relevant rights to download and use the App, in a device you own or control and only for the purposes and uses allowed in this Agreement.
You agree that you will not nor permit another person to do any of the following:
1. create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
2. modify the App, including, but not limited to, by removing identification, copyright or other proprietary notices from the App, or by framing, mirroring, or utilizing similar techniques.
3. use the App for any commercial or business-related use or build a business utilizing the App, or engage in any activity to enable third parties to engage in any of the foregoing activities, in each case whether or not for profit.
4. bypass, modify, defeat, tamper with or circumvent any of the functions or protections of the App.
5. damage, disable, overburden or impair the App.
6. use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Age Limitation
Children who are under thirteen years old must not use the App for any purpose, except where their parent or guardian has provided consent. If you believe that a child is using the App without parental/guardian consent, or if you are the parent or guardian of the child and wish to withdraw consent to use the App, please contact us and we will suspend the child’s access to the App.

Our App contains links to other websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of and any services or products provided by other websites. When you leave our App, please be sure to read the privacy notices and terms of service of those other websites. We do not endorse the content on any other websites that can be accessed via our App.
General
You may not delegate, assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations under this Agreement, without our prior consent. We may freely assign, transfer or sub-contract this Agreement or our rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without your prior consent or notice. You acknowledge and agree that in no event will our partners or affiliate companies have any liability under this Agreement.
If any provision in this Agreement is declared to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be substituted or deemed as not included. The remaining provisions in this Agreement shall not be affected in any way.
