Hello! I'm so happy you're here!
I'm Allison Shannen, a Pennsylvania-certified Pre-K-4 General Education teacher dedicated to helping students thrive and supporting families in their educational journeys.
I am currently teaching kindergarten at a charter school in Bensalem, PA. I also reside here with my two adorable cats, Dexter and Luna. I love reading, spending time with my family, learning new things, and traveling!
My experience in education has given me the opportunity to work with young learners, support academic growth, and build strong relationships with families. Through my work as a classroom teacher, I have developed a deep appreciation for the many ways children learn and demonstrate success.
As a homeschool evaluator, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive experience for both students and parents. I believe evaluations should highlight growth, celebrate accomplishments, and provide confidence as families continue their homeschooling journey.
Every child learns differently.
Homeschooling allows families to create educational experiences tailored to their children's strengths, interests, and needs. My role as an evaluator is to recognize progress, celebrate accomplishments, and ensure families have the documentation they need.
I aim to provide a positive experience that leaves students feeling proud of their hard work.
