By purchasing my services (art), you are automatically agree this following conditions.

• All of commission related tweets can be found at #a_metisCMS or #a_metisART hashtag on Twitter/Other social media unless agreed otherwise. If you don't want the commission work to be featured on social media, please let me know.

• You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.

• You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and/or linked back to me (juneja27 or A-metis/ametis*juneja). 

• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works in any way without my permission, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. 

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. 

• The listed prices are starting prices only and are subject to change depending on the details of the request. (Please refer to the 'Commercial Use Terms' section for more details.

⚠️I do not allow my art to be used for NFT or AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. This is to prevent potential damage to the artwork's quality and the artist's signature style. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

⚠️ Do NOT use my work for AI, NFT, Racist, or Violent purposes. I reserve the right to decline any requests or services related to these topics.

• If I found out that you break the services rules, I can freely increase the fee of the regular cost, blacklist and not accept any additional work anymore.

• The artwork copyright belongs to the artist. Claiming the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited. (For clients' original characters, the character copyright naturally remains with the client.)

• Duplicating or tracing the artwork is strictly prohibited.

• If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront. 

• Commercial usage must be disclosed prior to slot confirmation. 

• The minimum price increase 50% or 100% of the original price, meaning increase your end sum by an additional half. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit. 

• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (e.g., YouTube, Vtuber assets, digital/physical novel cover, a personal site, business cards, etc.)

• NDA & Delayed Publication Policy (**Advance notice is required for all NDA and publication delay requests.)

  • • 3 - 6 Months Delay ✦ +20% of base price. (Artist reserves the right to publish after the period ends.)

    • More than 6 Months Delay ✦ +50% of base price. (Artist reserves the right to publish after the period ends or within a maximum of 3 years.)

    • ❌ No indefinite NDA / Permanent non-publication allowed.

Ordering & Reservation 

• Commission request will be accepted through Vgen (or other platform informed) with notice in advance and I will accept limited number per time.

• You are expected to fill out the commission ordering form within the time agreed.

• To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations and/or have visibly clear reference images.

• Please refrain from using other artist's work as style reference.

• You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.

• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason. Except in cases forced by situation beyond control.

Feedback & Revisions

• I will send a WIP (work in progress) image within the date discussed with the client. These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in the email or other platform that agreed.

• Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

• Up to 3 (three) major revisions can be made during the sketching phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.

• Extra revisions beyond the limit start at 5 USD/time, depending on the details.

• After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

• For completion, commission will be completed within 60~90 days unless agreed otherwise.

• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to slot confirmation.

• If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

• With the deadline that has been discussed, I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.

• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

•  Once the brief is reviewed, I will provide the total price along with an estimated timeframe.

• Upon agreement, a 50% deposit of the total price is required within 3 days. If payment is not received within the given period, the commission request will be canceled. (If you run into any issues, please feel free to inform me!)

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

• Commission file(s) size will be set as 300 DPI and 600 DPI for Black & White artwork . Size will depends on any type of commission. All files will sent in .png and merged .psd files format as optional.

• You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

• Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 6 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

Payment 

• will be requested after commission proposal confirmation process has been made. This can be changed upon agreement with the client.

• For international client, I will only accept via Vgen platform as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

• It is expected that you deposit 50% of the price on first before I resume the process. And pay another 50% when the work is finished.

• If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 hours) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

• I reserved the rights to cancel commission due to client’s inappropriate behavior and/or poor communication.

• Refund only be made in case that I cannot proceed the commission for any reason. Other reasons will not be considered as refund (e.g., disliking commission).

• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, including side accounts.
