My name is Aylin, and I am currently an Education Specialist at a charter high school in Oakland. 

My inspiration for this project came from my previous work as an undergraduate at UC Santa Cruz studying game design. My favorite projects often included creating designs and prototypes relating to education and supporting students in overcoming their learning challenges, specifically surrounding math anxiety. Now as a graduate student, the idea to merge my prior work to my current career felt like the perfect opportunity.
