Leadership Redondo is an exploratory program, designed to connect individuals from the civic, business and general community together to help enhance and strengthen Redondo Beach. It was created in 2000, on the notion that the more knowledgeable people are about their community and its needs, the better equipped they will be to lead and serve it. Each year, a group of participants will embark on a 18-month commitment that includes: a ten month curriculum, with monthly sessions at locations throughout Redondo Beach, the South Bay and Los Angeles County followed by the implementation of a community project.
