I live in Fort Myers, Florida, with my husband and our dog, Cleo. I am a proud military wife. I am originally from Pennsylvania but have been in Florida since 2012. I have worked in healthcare since 2016 and have always been passionate about helping people. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nursing. My hobbies include gardening, hiking, and traveling. I started Postpartum Doula training in 2022 and have never been happier. I decided to start my business in May of 2022. A Kind Heart and Helping Hands is my baby. I want to inspire birthing people, cultivate bonds within families, and support my community.

I love babies, and I have seen a lack of support for new parents. I want to help ease the transition into parenthood for new parents. I also see a lack of good reliable, evidence-based education for people, especially those in marginalized communities. Often members of these communities do not have access to affordable support or the necessary tools.

I support BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ families. I feel like we can all do more to support each other. I want to live a life of service and lift others up.
