A Gathering of Men presents: “The New Story of Men”
We’re all too familiar with the old story of men; competition, isolation, hierarchy, distrust, power-over and emotional repression. In Ireland in particular, the old patriarchal institutions such as religious organisations and the British Empire have left their restrictive imprints of guilt and shame.
For men, the good news is that Liberation has begun and the Great Awakening has already happened.
The New Story of Men is about Healthy Emotional Expression; Co-operation; Generosity; Authenticity; Abundance; Trust & Connection, Honouring and Respecting Women and Serving Family and Community.

Gathering Dates
The Gathering runs for 2 nights from:
• Friday 30th August – Arrival from 17:00, shared meal at 18:30
• Sunday 1st September – Ending no later than 15:00
Gathering Fee
€245 per person
This is a not-for-profit event. Limited bursaries are available for those in genuine need. Ask for what you need.
Includes 2 nights accommodation at Townley Hall (camping also available) & 3 vegetarian meals* & tea per day.
* Special diets (allergies/intolerances/vegan etc) are catered for on request.
