We solemnly recognize that the current circumstances surrounding individuals with developmental disabilities in 'Japan' can only be described as a state of 'abuse and persecution.' The persistent 'lack of understanding,' 'low income,' and 'insufficient welfare' within 'Japanese society' have been left unaddressed, constituting a systemic form of 'persecution' inflicted by both the government and society.

We declare our commitment to confront this injustice by empowering 'the individuals themselves' to raise their voices and challenge these oppressive circumstances. To this end, we will establish a resolute 'foundation' to spearhead the righteous [struggle] to bring about meaningful change.
