Limited Liability

No party associated with the services, site offers, or site users shall be held liable or responsible for any such third party's act or omission. The Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exempt, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits (regardless of whether we have been advised that such loss may occur). The Site is not liable for any damages caused by any service provided by or product or device manufactured by third parties.

No matter what kind of damages the User may have, the Site's entire liability in connection with the Site or services, and any party's only remedy, is limited to the amount if any, that the User actually paid the site owner in the 12 months before the event that the User says caused the damages.

The User acknowledges and agrees that, with or without the User's knowledge or consent, the Site shall not be liable for any losses, disclosures, or third-party uses of information. The User is informed that by using the Site and its services, the User consents to the collection, use, and transfer of their data to the United States and/or other countries for the purposes of storage, processing, and use by the Site (as described in the Privacy Policy). Because some of these communications are regarded as part of the services and a user's account with the Site, users cannot opt-out of receiving them.

Usernames, passwords, and profiles

Any user account and/or user access to the Site may be terminated if a valid email is requested but not provided by the User.

Use a password more than eight characters long, per our recommendation. You are still responsible for any activity on your account, whether or not you authorized it. You consent to our email you if your account is used fraudulently. You agree that if you want to safeguard your interactions with the Site, it is your responsibility to use a secure encrypted connection, virtual private network, or other appropriate security measures. The Site's security measures are reasonable in terms of their level of security. Still, they are useless if you or any other user interacts with the Site securely or publicly.

Disputes

We are based in Washington, United States, and by using our website, you are entering into a contract with us. These terms and your use of the Site will be governed by Washington, United States laws, without regard to any choice-of-law provisions in any other jurisdiction. All disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site and Service must be settled by the federal and state courts with geographical jurisdiction over our office in Washington, United States. This is a permanent agreement between the parties.

ARBITRATION

All disputes and all arbitrable claims within a multi-claim matter, including all claims for monetary damages, shall be resolved by a single arbitrator that will be chosen by us, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the preceding "Disputes" provisions. According to the American Arbitration Association rules, this arbitrator will hold hearings in or near Washington, D.C.

Advertising

Advertisements on the Site may target users based on information requests, the Site itself, or other data to increase their relevance to the Site's users. The content and extent of the advertising on the Site may change over time. In return for the User's access to and use of the Site, the User agrees that the Site, its partners, and third-party providers may display advertising anywhere on the Site. General

All prior oral or written agreements and communications between users and the Site are superseded by these terms, including the Privacy Policy.

Any claim or cause of action a user may have relating to the Site or the services must be filed within one (1) year of the time it first arises.

Both parties waive their right to a jury trial in any dispute arising from or relating to the terms, the Site, or the services.

To give effect to the terms' intent, the terms shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. The terms shall remain in full force and effect if a court of competent jurisdiction finds any portion of the terms invalid.

User's rights or obligations under these terms or in connection with the Site or its Services may not be assigned, transferred, subcontracted, or otherwise transferred.

Except for the Site's affiliates, suppliers, and licensors, and as otherwise required by law, no third party shall have any rights under these terms.

Any use of the Site and its services in any jurisdiction where any provision of these terms, including this paragraph, is not applicable is null and void.

If the Site does not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms by them, that does not mean that right or requirement has been waived.
