Registration and Funding

For registration please fill the following: Registration form 

We have limited funding available for young participants (PhD students and postdocs) who give a short talk (5–10 minutes) about their research. To apply for funding, participants should provide the title and abstract of the talk, along with a short CV, during registration.

We provide child care during the conference in cooperation with the family service of the university. Participants should indicate their requirements during registration.

Deadline to apply for funding: February 27, 2026

Registration deadline: March 27, 2026

We would like to bring to your attention that at many universities, funds are reserved to support women in their research (in Germany, Frauenfördermittel). You might consider using this opportunity to apply for such funding.
