Internet Explorer 11 has now all time documented exploitation in the wild. Hence it is advised to deprecate it by deactivating it from your computers and servers.
Even the Microsoft Security Advisor, Chris Jackson, mentioned it on his blog Wednesday February 6th, 2019.
Start by starting your Control Panel.
You can start from Start menu/Windows logo, and by searching for Control Panel,
unless it is already figuring on Desktop as shortcut.
Then tab on Programs & Features.
Then tab on Turn Windows Features on or off.
Turn off Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) by removing the checkmark.
Tab OK when checkmark is removed.
Let it finish.
Then reboot.
