ARTICLE 8 adds a BOARD OF TRUSTEES to the Constitution for the United States using New York State Ratification Law of 1788.
Ratification Law says that the people may reassume the powers of government whenever it is necessary. Death or treason are two conceivable necessities to reassume the powers of government and fix the problem by "alter or abolishing" the form of our government. The Board of Trustees will be a new branch of government.
We hold that Article 8 has immediate lawful and constitutional effect.
Article 8 also requires all licensed Attorneys to support Article 8 or else they will lose their license.
FIRST TRUSTEE
To make sure that the ruling scum do not scuttle the Board of Trustees by fixing their appointment, Article 8 specifies that LORENZ KRAUS shall be the first Trustee and train the rest of the Trustees and Collegians of the College of Trustees and the Deputies of the Board of Trustees.
PURPOSE
Why do we need a Board of Trustees? We do not have an institution to truly police politicians who are agents of foreign powers, particularly, Britain and Israel. In our understanding Israel is a British colony, and Zionism is a tactic of GENOCIDAL BRITISH GEOPOLITICS. Those who know the history of Israel know that it was created by Britain's Balfour Declaration in 1917. The GASACAUST SLANDER is a secondary tactic to justify Israel and scare Jews into supporting and migrating to it. By Zionism and other tactics, Britain has recaptured the US Congress as the public knows by now.
The Purpose of Article 8 is to restore the Sovereignty of the American people in the strict sense. We carry this through to the need to create regional governments with ethnic themes to which federal powers and functions are delegated, leading to the practical end of DC domination.
INCENTIVES
We include incentives to the public to support Article 8.
(1) Youtubers who discuss Article 8 have incentives to talk about it.
(2) Personal checks to the "YES8" at the address shown on this page will by law be good for $1000 USD. These $20 checks provide a paper trail to prove that the public supports Article 8. Banks will be required to report results send to our Yes8 Account.

(4) Colleges and universities that put on discussions will get reimbursed.
(5) Towns and cities with Article 8 parades will get $100,000.

Wonderful to listen to Jiang Xueqin's lecture with an surprisingly original presentation. Warms the soul. Contains no off-putting American-Psycho-Analysis: typical Anglo-American [1] moralism [2] belittlement [3] snide comments and [4] malicious distortions or mischaracterizations, found in almost all other presentations on the subject. He uses direct quotes. Minor mistakes, but excellent. Sets the bar for true teaching on the subject.
