Delete Your Trekzio Account
To delete your Trekzio account and all associated data,
send an email to:

Subject: Delete My Trekzio Account
We will permanently delete your account within 7 days
of receiving your request.
Data that will be deleted:
• Your Firebase account and email address
Data stored locally on your device:
Emergency contacts
Saved places (Home / Work / Other)
Trip history
Profile (name, phone, photo)
App settings and preferences
These are stored only on your device and are
automatically removed when you uninstall the app.
Data that will be kept:
SMS messages already sent — SMS alerts sent to your emergency contacts before your deletion request are already delivered and cannot be recalled. Retention of the message itself is governed by your mobile carrier's own policy, not by us.
Advertising identifier — managed by Google AdMob, not by us. You can reset it or opt out of ad personalization yourself in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. We have no record to delete on our side.
This action cannot be undone.
