As someone who grew up doing physical activities, fitness is a huge passion of mine. My motivation comes largely from those around me who love and support me. I have signed my contract to commission into the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant through NIU's ROTC program; I plan to use the skills I am learning now to be an invaluable asset to my soldiers and my command. My dream is to fly UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters during my army career, then post-retirement either fly emergency medical services (EMS) helicopters or work in supply chain management.
