We are committed to protecting your privacy. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide a seamless shopping experience, we collect certain personal information from you. This happens during account creation, checkout, or standard app operations.
Google Account Data (Gmail): When you use the Google Sign-In system to log in, we collect your email address linked to your Google account to authenticate your identity.
User Profile Details: We collect your User Name, Shipping/Billing Address, and Phone Number to process transactions, deliver orders, and contact you regarding account or order status.
FCM Device Tokens: We automatically collect and send your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to our secure backend server. This token is uniquely assigned to your device and is used solely to deliver transactional updates (e.g., order tracking) and promotional notifications.
If you choose to use our Guest Login system, you can browse products without providing personal identification details. However, to complete a purchase, you will be required to provide a name, shipping address and phone number to fulfill the order.
The App utilizes trusted third-party libraries and SDKs that may collect information used to identify you or optimize app performance. These include:
Google Play Services / Google Sign-In: For secure user authentication.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For sending push notifications.
Google Play In-App Updates: To ensure you are always using the safest, most recent version of the App.
Volley & Glide: Used internally for efficient network handling and image loading (these do not independently share your data with third parties).
We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:
To authenticate user accounts and manage secure logins.
To process, package, ship, and deliver your purchased items to your designated address.
To send critical order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support alerts via push notifications.
To improve overall app stability, security, and performance.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with shopping services and comply with legal obligations.
In full compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, Astha provides a dedicated, easily accessible option within the App settings to delete your account.
Important: When you initiate the deletion of your account from within the App, all associated user data—including your name, email, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and server-side FCM tokens—is immediately and permanently purged from our backend databases. No user history or personal identifying data is kept on our servers after deletion.
The security of your personal information is highly important to us. We transport data securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS) using the Volley network library, and store data in secured server environments. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
