Jason Coleman began working with his family in contract and repair work from the age of 10. He later studied Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech and has since held positions as the Director of Maintenance and Construction in several companies, including the second-largest property management firm in Virginia. He has also worked as director and management for non-profit organizations and tax credit housing communities, custom new construction homes in Northern Virginia, and Director of Operations in the housing and aviation sectors over the past two decades.

Upon moving to the Hampton Roads area, Jason noticed a persistent issue - there were many home problems and numerous smart investors and "handymen," but inadequate skilled labor to keep up with demand and get the job done correctly the first time. To fill this gap, he established 99 Home Services, with the goal of bridging the affordable-but-skilled labor divide for homeowners and property management firms that demand the best. The company's motto is "You've got 99 problems, but we'll fix 'em."
