While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you with the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide some or all of the following personal information when you create an account on the App or use SweetMet Services, such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support:

Registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), and user profile information.

User-generated content ("UGC"), such as comments, text, messages, sounds, or other data or materials that you upload, distribute, or stream on the App when using SweetMet Services, will be received, transmitted, and stored by Tencent cloud.

Information automatically collected for legitimate interests when you create a SweetMet account by connecting to SweetMet via phone or Gmail;

When you use SweetMet Services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information:

Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, pages you visit, date and time of visit, and information about your interactions with other users;

Information from other sources: We may obtain other information from third parties and sources outside of the SweetMet Services. For example, we may obtain other information from the services you use.

Your access to and control over information

You can opt out of receiving any future contact from us at any time. You can contact us at any time at the email address we provide below to do the following:

View the data we have about you (if any).

Change/correct any data we have about you.

Have us delete any data we have about you.

Express any concerns you have about our use of your data.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Delete Account

If you want to delete your account for personal reasons or wishes, please follow the steps below 

1. If you still have the SweetMet app, please open the app and click the [purple person icon] in the lower right corner, then click [App Settings], then click [Delete Account], and finally click [Delete]。

2. If you have deleted the SweetMet app, please go to the following link: https://www.sweetmet.club/swm-login/#/. If you registered with your mobile phone number, please click [Phone], then enter your mobile phone number, then enter the verification code, and finally click [Confirm Deletion] to complete the account deletion. If you registered with Gmail, please click [Google], enter your registered Gmail, click [Continue], and you can delete your account after completing the login.

3. Please note that once you finally click [Delete]or [Confirm Deletion], your account information and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or undone. Please consider this carefully.

Update

Our privacy policy may change from time to time, and all updates will be posted on this page.

Collection Restrictions

In order to provide a better experience, when using our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
