HOW LONG WILL THE BROWNIES STAY FRESH FOR?
I always recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. Brownies are best consumed within 3 days. Depending on your needs you may want to get your brownies a day before you plan to serve them, and that's fine too - just store in their boxes at room temperature. 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE BROWNIES?
Brownies are available in 8" x 8" and arrive cut for you in 36 bite-sized squares. If you prefer yours to be whole and uncut, please let me know. 

CAN I COLLECT MY BROWNIES FROM YOU?
Of course - orders can be placed for collection at Kim Tian Road area. More details on exact collection address will be provided upon confirmation of order. 

DELIVERY OR SELF COLLECTION?
Self collection is only available at Kim Tian Road. Additional charges for delivery.

CAN I COLLECT A DAY IN ADVANCE?
As the brownies are freshly baked daily, I do not have extra brownies for collection in advance. Please do make arrangement at least 1 day in advance if you would like to change your collection date. 

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER? 
I recommend ordering brownies a minimum of two days in advance. I will always try to accommodate last-minute orders whenever I can; if you have a brownies emergency and need an urgent order please call me on 97309011 (Michelle) and I will do my very best to help. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact me as far in advance as possible. I will always be as accommodating as I can if you need to change or postpone an order but please bear in mind that I may have had to turn away other customers to fulfill your booking for a particular date so refunds/changes are not always possible.
