UPDATED 2021-01-07: I was able to locate the proper scanner to scan the '94 Olds Cutlass Supreme's OBD1 plug (ALDL). The make and model of the scanner is Actron CP9690. It requires to have cigarette lighter adapter to enable the vehicle diagnostics.
