I can repair most issues with Macs, Windows PCs, and Chromebooks for an affordable price. To schedule a free estimate, click the button below. Once you confirm you would like to proceed with the repair, I will order the necessary parts and provide you an estimate for completion of the repair. Once the repair is finished, I will notify you so you can come pick it up. Once I receive payment, your computer will be returned.

FAQs

Q: How will I know how much it will cost?

A: I will do my best to provide you with an accurate estimate before the repair, and keep you posted with any changes, but it is impossible to make entirely accurate predictions for every scenario. If possible, I will let you know if something does change midway, so you will have the information to make an informed decision on whether or not proceed. 

Q: Do you charge hourly or with a flat rate?

A: It depends. My charges include both parts and labor, so when making an estimate, I first find out how much parts are and estimate how long it will take to complete the repair. I normally charge $7 per hour for labor. I also include a 25% upcharge on all parts, because finding the correct parts to buy does take some time!
