About Us

Aschenbrener-Tembreull Properties, LLC is a properties management company that is co-owned by Jennifer Aschenbrener and Tom Tembreull. The company was founded in 2004 with its core business being maintenance of residential and commercial properties and providing a range of excavating services.

Both my wife and I are alumni of Michigan State University. There I earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Jennifer received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After working for multiple large companies as an engineer and owning a successful veterinary hospital for 15 years we decided that we needed to focus more on quality of life and family.

This led us to Champion, MI so our son could be closer to his grandparents and the family's third generation (and possibly 4th!) excavating business. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you as we strive to exceed the expectations of all our clients and add value to the community!
