Coach Brightman does more than talk the talk, she puts every child she comes in contact with in a position to be successful in the classroom, volleyball court and in life.

Former Head Coach of Ridgeview High school for 8 seasons where they achieved 6 Peat district championship titles, 4 regional semi-final appearances. Overall 17 years of coaching experience. 

• JV/Assistant Varsity Coach at Orange Park High school for 6 years

• Played 2 years at Florida A&M University

• Coached club for 12 seasons
