Co-organized by the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy (ACWH) of National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Law and the Asian International Economic Law Network (AIELN) – the Asian Branch of the Society of International Economic Law (SIEL).

The AIELN was established as the first regional branch of the SIEL in 2009. It is an international non-partisan, non-profit, and non-governmental organization with the following objectives: to promote research, education, and practice of international economic law by serving as a center of activities among scholars, practitioners, governments, and international organizations focusing on international economic law in Asia and elsewhere; to foster and encourage Asian perspectives of international economic law; and to promote public awareness of international economic law in Asia.

The ACWH was established in 2003, focusing on promoting studies and education in international economic laws, international health laws, and international dispute resolution. It aims to foster dialogues between academics, practitioners, and policy-makers in Taiwan, the Asian region, and the global community. It regularly publishes two semi-annual international academic journals, the AJWH and the Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal (CAAJ, ESCI-indexed).

With the support of various partners, this AIELN Conference aims to strengthen the SIEL-AIELN-ACWH collaboration on promoting international economic law research related to Asia.
