From my home kitchen the beginning of 2020 saw a lot of changes in the Theater world. I was saddened by the thought that my job for International Film Festivals was put on hold. So I decided to make a food that comforted me and contemplate how the Pandemic has impacted my life. Little did I know, 6 months later, I and most of my co-workers are still, "Out of a job".
