"New Beginnings and Beyond!"

The motto was inspired by Buzz Lightyear from the Pixar movie "Toy Story" released by Walt Disney in 1995. Buzz is optimistic, curious and inspired like we are. His co-star in the movie is Sheriff Woody. We liked the irony of having Buzz Wood, from The Buzz on Ed, herald the beginning of our journey with a series of webinars on A/V equipment, podcasting and video production.

To foster a collaborative and creative learning environment to help enhance our knowledge and skills, build upon our professional strengths and interest, engage in innovative research, and explore and develop new technologies to become effective leaders that transform the field of educational technology in the 21st century.
