The accommodation consists of lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4+2 people. 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite from the main bedroom. 2x Smart TV's. One the in Main bedroom and a large tv in the lounge. 3 Air-condition units 1 each in the bedroom and one large one in the lounge/Diner.

There is an area that is suitable for working, a desk is supplied.

There are 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the terrace that comprises of large dining table with 6 chairs, sun loungers and outdoor lighting. It also boasts an outdoor hot/cold shower.

Everything is fully automated and all the doors have been widened to accommodate wheelchair users to freely access all amenities. No stairs no steps, just one small anti slip ramp that leads Directly onto the Promenade.

It is gorgeous and in the perfect quiet very clean location. Parking is either: Av De Faro or Av De Europa..

Large private terrace with direct access onto the Paseo De Maritimo. Access to the terrace is suitable for mobility scooters. The perfect location to relax unwind and watch the sun go down.
