Policies, Forms, & Reminders

Each day you will sign your child in confirming that you can say NO to all of the following questions:

• My child has been fever-free for 24 hours or more. My child has NOT had a cough or respiratory symptoms in the last 24 hours.

• My child is feeling well, with no other signs or symptoms of illness (including rash, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, earache, severe headache, etc.).

• My child has not been diagnosed with any communicable illnesses such as hand foot and mouth disease, influenza, pertussis(whooping cough), strep throat, etc.

• If the answer is NO to any of these statements then your child must stay home until symptom free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

Tuition is due by Tuesday of the current week. Late payment fees will be assessed on Wednesdays if payments are not received by 11:59 PM on Tuesday of the current week. To avoid late payment fees you can sign up for recurring (automatic) payments! Please see directions to the left.

The center is open from 6:15 AM to 6:15 PM Monday through Friday. There will be a $1.00 per minute per child charge added to accounts when children are picked up after 6:15 PM. Exceptions will be determined on a case by case basis.

Tuition will be charged based on your normal schedule each week. Discounts will not be applied to these weeks. Full tuition will be charged each week unless the child is officially disenrolled.

Mornings are a busy time for all of our families and friends at the center. It is important to make sure you are bringing your child into the classroom at drop-off. Teachers will greet you and sign your child in for the day. Please be careful not to bring the child to the classroom door and leave before the teacher greets you to ensure the safety of all of our kiddos.
