Our Story

Seven Village Noodle House, a famous Koay Teow Soup restaurant originated from Penang, started with the founder, Mr. Lim, selling Koay Teow Soup on a tricycle in 1956. Mr Lim's dedication to his food quality gradually generated word of mouth recommendation among the locals and soon the business grew rapidly. To cater to the increasing number of customer, the business was then expanded from a tricycle into a stall, and finally into a restaurant.

Operating under an established management system and having a strong desire to provide the greatest satisfaction to its customer, the business continued to evolve and a new restaurant design concept was born. Various side dishes which perfectly match the taste of Koay Teow Soup have also been introduced. Not long after, the business expanded with several new branches opening in Penang. In year 2016, another 2 branches were set up in Taiping, Perak and SS2, Petaling Jaya. And follow by penetrating Kedah on year 2017 by setting up the very first outlet at Sejati, Sungai Petani.

Under our management's strong foundation and our chef's dedication to provide maximum satisfaction, our noodle business has been proven to be very successful in all location. We, Seven Village Noodle House, are thoroughly devoted to bring the traditional taste of noodle to the entire Malaysia.⁠⁠⁠⁠
