7TH SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

The members of the KK reserve the rights to seek for having an access to the copies of the resolutions, project proposal, and ordinances that are being passed during the regular and special sessions of the Sangguniang Kabataan and the Sangguniang Barangay. 

The Online Sangguniang Kabataan Full Public Disclosure Policy Board shall serve as a gateway and assurance to the Katipunan ng Kabataan that their elected SK Council is functioning in accordance with the implemented laws and policies concerning the operations of the SK. 

Republic Act (RA) No. 10742 otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015, as amended by RA No. 11768 provides for the powers and functions of the SK. Section 8 (i) of which mandates the SK to adopt and implement a policy on full public disclosure of all its transactions and documents involving public interest. 

The SK Chairperson hall ensure to post in the SKFPD Policy Board and on the SK website or Facebook Account, if available, the following SK-related documents/financial documents, to wit:
