Submitting Artwork

In most cases we can convert your image into a vector file. If you already have an SVG file of your image, please send that.

If not, we ask that you provide the highest resolution file that you have. Preferably in two formats.

1 Being the full color version of the file.

2. Black and White (Not gray scale) Line art version.

Additional information is always useful. Such as what Fonts were used.  Most of the time we need to recreate text elements of the design.

Images with high contrast differences between the elements are easy to transform. 

Please note we are working with a limited color selection. We will do our best to come close to the colors in your design.

If your logo uses Scouting American images, we have access to their official Image library and will use the higher resolution image where appropriate.

All images using Scouting Americal imagery requires approval through their licensing department. This normally takes 24 to 48 hours, on weekdays.

You will send proof of the final design. Please approve as quickly as possible. To avoid production delays.
