Organization: Organizing committee of 7th Asian SOFC Symposium
Chair: Yoshitaka Aoki (Prof., Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido Unievrsity)
This symposium series brings together opportunities to meet researchers and students in the field of high-temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC) and Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells (SOEC) in East Asian and Pacific regions. The topics in this meeting will cover all kinds of SOC technology such as traditional SOFC/SOEC materials, cells, stacks, and systems as well as proton conducting ceramics, metal-supported cells-stacks, and future materials for energy conversion/chemical productions.
The attendees will be from industries, university professors & students, and some stakeholders from China, Korea, and Japan (the expected number will be about 200). The last four symposiums have been held in Busan, Korea (2014), Tokyo, Japan (2016), Shanghai, China (2018), and Jeju, Korea (2021). Now the venue has returned back to Japan.
