Community Guidelines

1. Respect and Courtesy: Messages involving harassment, discrimination, or hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, or personal beliefs are strictly prohibited.

2. No Spam or Unauthorized Advertising: Repeated messaging, phishing/malicious links, and unauthorized promotion of other Discord servers, products, or services in public channels or Direct Messages (DMs) are not allowed without staff approval.

3. Inappropriate Content (NSFW): Posting violent, explicit, pornographic, or adult content (NSFW) outside of designated channels is strictly forbidden.

4. Compliance with Discord Terms: All members must strictly adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Proper Text Channel Usage: Keep messages, images, and content relevant to each channel's topic. Avoid spamming, using ALL CAPS to seek attention, or talking off-topic in specialized channels.

6. Voice Channel Etiquette: Maintain appropriate speech and volume levels. Do not leave your microphone open if there is background noise (please use Push-to-Talk or Noise Suppression). Playing music or spamming the Soundboard to disturb others is not allowed.

7. No Unauthorized Recording: Recording audio, capturing screens, or streaming conversations in voice and text channels without the explicit consent of all participating members is strictly prohibited.

8. Spoiler Policy: Use the ||Spoiler|| tag to cover text or images that reveal key plot points of movies, games, novels, or storylines to avoid ruining the experience for others.

9. Disruption and Channel Hopping (AFK): Rapidly switching between voice channels to create disruption is forbidden. If you are inactive or away from your desk for more than 15 minutes, please move to the AFK channel or leave the voice channel.

10. Staff Authority and Decisions: Staff (Admins/Mods) reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban any member who violates the rules as deemed appropriate. All staff decisions are final.

1. Data Collection: This server collects only necessary basic information, such as Discord User IDs, Usernames, Roles, and server message history strictly for management purposes.

2. Bot Data Usage: Active bots on this server only process data essential to their functions (such as tracking stats, leveling, or moderation logs) and will never share personal data externally.

3. Data Security: Chat records and activity logs are stored securely within Discord's infrastructure and staff management tools, strictly used for monitoring rule violations.

4. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell or disclose members' personal data, messages, or images to third parties, except as required by law or official requests from Discord.

5. Prohibition of RMT and Trading: Buying, selling, or trading items, accounts, or user data in any form is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization from the platform or staff team.

6. User Rights: Members have the right to delete their own messages, images, or submitted data at any time. Leaving the server will automatically disassociate your active data from the server system.

Maintaining Reputation: Partnered servers must uphold decorum and professionalism. If a partner server engages in fraudulent activities, illegal acts, or damages the reputation of 781Media, we reserve the right to revoke partner status and remove all associated links immediately without prior notice.
