To establish a modern visual identity that reflects the Directorate’s role in preserving and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of Arunachal Pradesh.

The logo should reflect the department’s legacy while embracing our forward-looking approach.
Theme: Vision and Mission of Department of Research
Versatility: The design must be scalable and legible. It should look professional in both large-scale (banners, stage backdrops) and small-scale (letterheads, social media profile pictures, stationery) applications.
Format:
Submissions must be in high-resolution vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF).
Or PNG or JPG (minimum 300 DPI).
The original artwork can either be traditional artwork or digital artwork
In case of traditional artwork, scanned copies of the art work may be uploaded. In case the entry is slected, the original artwork must be submitted.

A signed declaration of originality (stating the design is an original work and does not infringe on third-party copyrights).
Entries will be judged by a committee based on the following:
Creativity & Originality (30%): Does the design offer a unique and compelling visual perspective?
Relevance to Theme (40%): How well does the design communicate the vision & Mission of the Department?
Technical Quality & Versatility (20%): Is the design aesthetically balanced and technically sound?
Conceptual Depth (10%): Clarity and thoughtfulness of the accompanying design note.
Originality: Participants must guarantee that their submission is their own original work. Use of stock imagery or pre-existing templates will result in immediate disqualification.
Intellectual Property: By submitting an entry, the participant agrees that the winning design becomes the exclusive property of the department, which reserves the right to modify, adapt, or use the logo for all official purposes.
Rights: The department reserves the right to not select a winner if no entries meet the required standards.
