• All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information, or unavailability of stock.

• Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SMS AGREEMENT (Text Messaging Program)

By opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from Covert Tints, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our mobile messaging program (the “Program”):

Program Description

You hereby consent to receive recurring promotional or informational mobile text messages from or on behalf of Covert Tints at the mobile number you provide. Examples of messages include: exclusive offers, product updates, appointment reminders, event notices, or other marketing communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary but is estimated at approximately up to 4 messages per month depending on promotions. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

Opt-In

You may opt-in to the Program by entering your mobile number in a web form or other opt-in mechanism and checking the required consent box. Your submission of your mobile number and the consent checkbox constitutes your agreement to receive SMS messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt-out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from the Program. To receipt HELP or more help, reply HELP to any message. If you wish to join again, you must submit your mobile number and consent again.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. You are responsible for all charges from your carrier. For questions about your text plan or data plan, consult your wireless provider.

Carriers & Delivery

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, failures or errors in sending or receiving text messages.

Eligibility

You represent that you are the owner or customary user of the mobile number provided, that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you reside in the United States. If you are under 18 (or under majority age in your jurisdiction), you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program.

Privacy

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy policy) which explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal data.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend or modify the Program at any time, without notice. If you breach these terms, we may terminate your participation immediately.

Disputes

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the SMS Program will be governed by the same dispute resolution and governing law provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions above.

Miscellaneous
