The easiest way to increase your chances for success is to set a specific start and end date. When you have a specified goal in mind, you provide yourself with the motivation and commitment to get it done. And of course, you'll feel awesome when the end date comes because you've made a great accomplishment!
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I obviously advocate that everyone make fitness a priority. Although eating healthy and exercising should be part of a daily routine, most of the time there are reasons why it's not. Participating in a challenge is a great way for anyone to have a starting point to make a lifestyle change.

Ideally, you want to complete the challenge in full, that's the point of doing it right? Yes and no. You don't want to push yourself to the extreme and risk injuring yourself. Always listen to your body and if something doesn't feel right, just don't do it. Many factors can affect your performance ex. adequate sleep, work schedule, life in general; the point is to stay consistent!
