Short papers may consist of up to 4 pages of content, plus unlimited pages of references. The submission should follow the ACL 2023 style and formatting guidelines (ACL Policies for Submission, Review, and Citation). Final versions of both submission types will be given one additional page of content for addressing reviewers’ comments. The accepted papers will appear in the workshop proceedings.
Submissions can be made directly to the workshop, or alternatively done through ACL Rolling Review (ARR Commitment, submit paper with reviews, see the ARR CFP guidelines).
The review will be double-blind (two-way anonymized review). Please do not include any self-identifying information in the submission. We do not have any restrictions around posting unanonymized pre-prints online as long as the submissions adhere to our parallel submission policy and the submitted draft is anonymized.
Parallel-submission policy: Parallel submission to other venues will NOT be accepted. If you are unsure about your case, please feel free to contact us.
Non-archival submissions: Non-archival submissions will not appear in the workshop proceedings. All submissions are considered archival by default. Please let the organizers know if you would like your submission to be non-archival before June 20th, 2024. Also, please note that non-archival submissions are not qualified for awards and oral presentation, they are only eligible for poster presentation.
