Authors are invited to submit papers describing original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal. 

Technical papers can be up to 6 pages 10 pt font in IEEE format, including tables, figures, and references. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by experts in the field.
