Hüseyin Hacıhabiboglu

Huseyin is an Associate Professor of Signal Processing at the Graduate School of Informatics, METU. He received the B.Sc. (honors) degree from METU in 2000, the M.Sc. degree from the University of Bristol, in 2001, both in electrical and electronic engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Queen's University Belfast in 2004. He held research positions at the University of Surrey, (2004-2008) and King's College London, London, (2008-2011). His research interests include audio signal processing, multichannel audio systems, room acoustics, psychoacoustics of spatial hearing, microphone arrays, and game audio. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a member of the EPSRC Peer Review College. Huseyin was an associate editor of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing between 2017-2021.

Orhun Olgun

Orhun is a Ph.D. student at the Graduate School of Informatics, METU. He received a B.Sc degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University in 2016. He received the M.Sc. degree in multimedia informatics at the Graduate School of Informatics, METU in 2019. His research interests include spatial and 3-D audio, microphone array signal processing, and acoustic scene analysis.

Ege Erdem

Ege is a Ph.D. student and a research assistant in Multimedia Informatics at the Graduate School of Informatics, METU. He received his B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from METU in 2016 and his M.Sc. in Multimedia Informatics in 2020. Before being a research assistant, he worked as an acoustical consultant; dealing with noise control of mechanical equipment, room acoustics, building acoustics, and recording studio design. His interests include 3D and spatial audio systems, audio and acoustical signal processing, microphone arrays, and procedural sound design.
