Information Collection and Use
69PushUps is designed to work without creating user accounts or collecting personal information.
The App may store the following data locally on your device only:
Push-up counts
Workout history
Training progress and statistics
App settings and preferences
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Camera and TrueDepth Data
69PushUps uses Apple’s camera and TrueDepth / AR face-tracking technology solely for real-time push-up tracking and repetition counting.
The App temporarily processes the user’s face position and distance from the device locally on-device in real time in order to:
Detect push-up movement
Measure push-up depth
Count repetitions
Provide workout feedback during exercise sessions
The App does not:
Capture or save photos
Record or save videos
Store facial scans
Store depth maps
Store biometric identifiers
Create facial recognition templates
Use face data for identification or authentication
All face-tracking and camera processing happens entirely on-device and is discarded immediately after processing.
No face data is transmitted, shared, sold, or provided to third parties.
No Accounts
The App does not require:
User registration
Login
Email accounts
Third-Party Services
69PushUps may use limited anonymous analytics or diagnostic services to improve app stability and performance.
These services do not receive:
Camera images
Video recordings
Face geometry
Depth data
Biometric identifiers
TrueDepth face-tracking data
Personal identity information
Only non-personal app usage or workout session metrics may be processed for app improvement purposes.
Children’s Privacy
69PushUps is safe for users under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any users.
Because the App does not collect personal data, no child personal information is collected, stored, or shared.
Data Retention and Deletion
All workout history and app data remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to delete them.
You can remove all app data at any time by:
Resetting data inside the App (if applicable)
Deleting the App from your device
Deleting the App removes all locally stored workout and app data from your device.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted within the App Store listing or accompanying website.
