Depending on the kind of student identity card, its' forming may require paying money. mLegitymacja forming is free and will be available in mObywatel app. Issuing a physical ID card involves a one-time cost of PLN 22.

mLegitymacja forming:

1. Log into USOS

2. Go to  "STUDENT'S SECTION" and choose "mLegitymacja"

3. Submit an application

You will receive a QR code after a while

4. Open the mObywatel app and scan the QR code

5. Done!

Normal student ID forming:

1. Log into USOS

2. Go to "COMMON SECTION" and choose "Photo for ID card"

3. Press the button "Print request for student identity card"

4. Print the automatically generated application form and sign it

5. Submit an application in BOS

Wait till the next day for the fee to be charged

6. Log into USOS

7. Go to "COMMON SECTION" and choose "Payments"

8. Go to subwebsite "Unresolved payments", where you will find transfer details and data

9. Pay 22 PLN and provide payment confirmation in your BOS

After some time, you will receive a message on your student email about the possibility of collecting your ID card.

10. Collect the student ID card in BOS!

Prolonging the validity period of student ID card is free in both of these circumstances.

Prolonging of mLegitymacja:

1. Log into USOS

2. Go to "STUDENT'S SECTION" and choose "mLegitymacja"

3. Apply for an student ID card extension

You will receive a QR code after a while:

4. Open the mObywatel app and scan the QR code

5. Done!

Normal student ID card prolonging:

1. Come to BOS with your previous student ID card which is no longer valid

2. A new hologram sticker will be put on the student ID card

3. When you receive it, you are done!
