  • Keeping busy. Mantis has been getting more and more supplies to be sorted and sent out each day.

• What does a typical day look like for you right now?

  • Getting things where they need to go, bodies to families, ammo to front lines, that kind of thing.

• Have you had moments of sudden intense fear with symptoms like racing heart, sweating, or shortness of breath?

  • Yes.

  • Yes. I keep hearing things, and my memories feel like they're overlapping.

• What do you mean by your memories "Overlap?"

  • I don't know. I remember things, things I shouldn't have been there for. While in Basic for the insurgency, the memory overlaps with me lying in the snow, bleeding. I remember pain that shouldn't be there.

• What other memories are overlapping?

  • One where I am halfway through bootcamp, I remember being forced to watch something. Something about "Erase your light." I remember the feeling. I felt like I was drugged, strapped down, and injected with things. Experimented on. It could be a side effect of the mark, but I have no idea. 

  • I remember my childhood, but the faces of my parents and siblings... they aren't there. I can't remember their faces. In between it, are glimpses of things. Needles going into my eyes, injecting things. My eyes being forced open and watching that strange video. An eye being opened, a bomb, flowers, trees. I remember the snow. Bleeding. I remember the metal, but it's all swept away in a moment as I remember the boot camp. The instructors showing us what to do, yelling at us.

[PSYCHOLOGIST NOTES:]

Sash is becoming increasingly aware of what happened to him. Director Lichen's "Success" is very quickly revealing its failure. Lichen disappeared after Project "Rebirth" was shelved due to little progress and tighter funding, but we could try sending him back to Omega-2. Seems he works better there than here in Mantis, but hey, until we get another Logistics Lead, he's it. Let's hope these memories don't come back in full, that would put him at a major defection risk. Setting this Psych eval to Charlie Clearance. He shouldn't see this. Ever.
