At CSS Coding App, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how your information is handled when you use our Android application. We are committed to transparency, minimal data collection, and safeguarding your learning experience.
Learning Progress & Bookmarks: Your completed lessons, interactive challenge submissions, quiz scores, bookmarks, and custom scratchpad code are stored strictly locally on your device using an encrypted, sandboxed Room database and DataStore preferences. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
App Preferences: Settings such as dark/light theme, font size, auto-completion, and editor configurations are stored exclusively on your device.
We partner with trusted third-party providers to provide core application features:
Google Play Billing: If you purchase the Pro / Lifetime plan, transactions and purchase tokens are handled directly and securely by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or store payment card details or financial data.
Google AdMob: For non-premium users, Google Mobile Ads may display contextual banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may process non-sensitive device identifiers and crash diagnostics in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy to serve compliant advertisements.
The app requests only standard INTERNET access (for ad serving and billing verification) and BILLING permissions. We do not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, or external storage.
CSS Coding App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
