If your household income is below BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits, you may qualify for M'akola Rent Geared to Income (MRGI) units. Applicants who are interested in and qualify for Rent Geared to Income units must apply to the Housing Registry. Applicants for the building’s RGI units will be selected from the Housing Registry.
